Mimi Berdal (b. 1959) has since 2005 run an independent corporate law and consulting practice. Prior to this she was partner in the law firm Arntzen de Besche in Oslo for several years. Françoise Gri (1957) is President of Manpower France and Executive Vice President of Manpower, where she has been part of the executive management since March 2007. Previously, she has worked 17 years for IBM, most recently as Country General Manager. Ms. Gri has extensive experience from business strategy and general management, sales and marketing. STX Norway AS, an affiliate of STX Corporation, holds 100 416 141 shares in STX Europe as of 3 September 2008. From 2005 to 2006 Kwang-Gi Lo was Managing Director for STX Shipbuilding London office. Prior to this, he was responsible for Strategy, Planning and Purchasing in STX Shipbuilding in Korea. From 1983 to 2002, Lo was employed in STX Engine, with responsibility for engineering and sales. Lo holds a degree in engineering. As of 3 September 2008 Mr. Lo holds no STX Europe shares and has no stock options. Mr. Lo is a Korean citizen.
