Prefabricated cabin concept - from a mock-up to a ready-installed cabin - means quicker completion and lower capital expenditure for the customer. The design of the cabin units is customized down to the smallest details, to meet the customer's wishes regarding lay-out, interior design and materials. Aker Yards Cabins is the world's leading manufacturer of prefabricated cabins. Since the company's establishment in 1982 more than 100 000 cabins and separate bathroom units have been produced. Aker Yards Cabins has two factories in Finland and one in France, and own staff of some 500. The annual maximum production capacity of the three factories is 12 000 cabin and bathroom units.
